We are pleased to introduce our new feature updates for your better management in field staff performance and operations.
PDF report creation
The feature delivers the reports for tasks submitted like store audit, which is also available to be shared with the clients. The reports show all the data in detail for better management and follow-ups. They can download the report and sign in the autograph space to confirm if needed.
How it works
Admin chooses to newly generate the report
Select desired information to present in the report and choose Download
The PDF report is already generated for better follow-ups and sharing
Fake GPS detection
Fake GPS detection function prevents the field staff from fraud check-in/out. When fake GPS is detected, users can be blocked from logging in. There is also an alert on Admin tool to help managers detect wrongdoings in check-in/out activities promptly and early.

Multiple task consolidation
The feature consolidates multiple tasks into one mobile task to show the essential information to start. An auditor can click the task cover to select multiple tasks to initiate.
It is possible to check the task history and status, summarizing assigned tasks, deadlines, and the scoring of audits.

The feature allows the upload of multiple images at once, supporting the product and visual merchandising management.

Admin can click on a visual merchandising item to upload multiple images
Choose photos named with Visual ID to upload
Submit to save the images uploaded
Performance view by task/store
The feature allows both users and managers to track of their performance right on their devices. They can choose to view the productivity results by tasks or store. There is a line chart for them for visual viewing experience.
